Correspondence response

To complete this assignment, you will first need to do the correspondence readings posted under Course Materials.  Then choose ONE of the attached workplace scenarios and prepare what you believe to be the appropriate correspondence documents to deal with that scenario.

You will need to write a combination of documents including e-mail, formal business letters, and/or memos to deal with the situation in your scenario.  Once you have written the correspondence documents, you also need to write an analysis document which explains your choice of strategies for dealing with the scenario including why you chose the particular correspondence forms that you used.  Submit your draft as a single attachment.
